#faithbites #faithjourney sincere
Setting
Love is a wonderful emotion. We can be in romantic love, fily love, friend love, and experience Agape Love from God.. I was thinking about people I love and realized.I would do anythi g for them. At the same time, I have also hurt those I’ve.loved.more than I want to. No matter what, my love is sincere. If so say, I love you, whatever type, I do.
Today’s Questions: What does sincere love look like to you? How do you express that love?
Scripture
- Romans 12:9 – Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good.
- Genesis 2:7 – Then the Lord God formed the man from the dust of the ground. He breathed the breath of life into the man’s nostrils, and the man became a living person.
Reflection
Today’s reflection is very simple. If you love God, you love his people as his people are from him. He breathed life into us.
If we are sincere about our faith, we should be sincere in all we do. That includes love. There are things we don’t like about people but that shouldn’t erase love. When someone injures usz we should forgive and love.
People are not evil. Satan and sin are. We can love someone with our heart and hate the sin that is within them. When we are hating the sin within someone, we have to look at it within us. We are broken as well. In a nutshell, let us not hate anyone. Let God deal with it. Let us just show love with all sincerely in all occasions.
As we close, remember that God loves us no matter what. We should love noatter what. Christ will forgives as we forgive each other. Here’s to sincere love.
Prayer
Lord God, thank you for your sincerest love. Thank you for always being an example for us and how we should love. We pray to open our hearts and our minds. Be with us as we concentrate on loving and not hating. Let us connect on a deeper level as children of the one, true, risen God. We pray this in your name, Amen
