I’m pretty exhausted from working the swim meet in 90+ degree weather. For today’s #faithbites, we turn it over to the verse of the day and to God has he will make happen what need stop happen.

Today’s Question: How do you let God do the work he needs to do?

Scripture

7 On this mountain he will destroy the shroud that enfolds all peoples, the sheet that covers all nations; 8 he will swallow up death forever. The Sovereign LORD will wipe away the tears from all faces; he will remove his people’s disgrace from all the earth. The LORD has spoken. – Isaiah 25:7-8

Reflection

Our verse today reminds us that God is in control. He has a plan for the world and for each of us. God never lets go of us, never lies to us, and always fulfills his promises.

He will wipe away our tears, our struggles, and all hardship. We will have peace in him. All we need to do is just love him, listen to him, and follow his plan.

As we close, remeber, God will make it right. He has a plan and all will be ok.

Prayer

Lord Jesus, thank you for making everything right with God. You forgive us, love us, and wash away our sins.

Father God, thank you for fufillong your promises. We await the time when you wash away every year and make everything right. Until then, we love you, will listen to you, and do everything we can do to honor you. In your name, Amen.
