There are those days when you get mad then you get over it. Then there are days when it takes you a bit longer to get over the anger. But once in a while, you have a day when your blood feels like it is boiling. Your anger is seeping through ever pour. Any slight wrong comment from anyone and you are like Denis Leary biting someone’s head off. Today was one of those days.<\/p>\n

Maybe it was lack of sleep or stress. Maybe it was children who didn’t want to listen or wouldn’t let you have one second to breathe. But the blood is boiling. I hate this feeling. I know that we should forgive and move on On some days like today, the fire of anger builds and it is hard to let it go.<\/p>\n
