210 – Men Looking Like Trees<\/h5>\n

#FaithBites #FaithJourney Trees<\/p>\n

I often wonder,if I were to lose one of my five senses, which one would I like to lose the least. That’s an easy one: my sight.
\nI could do without the other four, if I had too, but not being able to see, I think would kill me<\/p>\n

I’ve been thinking about this more and more lately as my eyes are changing. When I look at my phone ornakemthung up close, inhave to take my glasses off to see clearly. Yup, part of getting old. Maybe I need better glasses or eye surgery to see more clearly.<\/p>\n

I realize that my #faithjourney is like that. I see and have accepted Jesus, but some days I don’t think I see clearly enough. The big picture can get lost in the day to day.<\/p>\n

Scripture on Seeing<\/h5>\n

The man looked around. “Yes,” he said, “I see people, but I can’t see them very clearly. They look like trees walking around. – Mark 8-24<\/a><\/p>\n

We don’t yet see things clearly. We’re squinting in a fog, peering through a mist. But it won’t be long before the weather clears and the sun shines bright! We’ll see it all then, see it all as clearly as God sees us, knowing him directly just as he knows us – 1 Corinthians 13:12<\/a><\/p>\n

Relfection<\/h5>\n

We need God to see clearly. Faith and true belief help in seeing. God has vision for us and a vision for us. We need to trust in him and he will help us see better.<\/p>\n

This isn’t easy. Trust in someone other than us is difficult. We want to see life clearly without help. The hardest part is the wait. As the scripture says, the weather will clear and we will see clearly, for the first time.<\/p>\n

Remember, you don’t have to do it alone.<\/p>\n

Charge<\/h5>\n

How well are you seeing these days? Write down one problem in your vision and pray about it. The Lord will help clear the fog.<\/p>\n

Lord, I pray for you to clear my vision about where I should put my energy in for work. Help me to see clearly the path for my future.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
