Haven&#8217;t really elft the house nor did I work today. I have so many things I should be doing, but I&#8217;m all out of spoons. I&#8217;m just feeling meh. Not good and not bad but meh. I have what I need and am physically taken care of, just feeling meh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>What. Makes you feel meh? <\/li><li>How do you get out of that funk? <\/li><li>What words of advice would you give someone else who&#8217;s feeling like that? <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Scripture<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/my.bible.com\/111\/psa.81.10\" class=\"verseLink\">Psalm 81:10<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; I am the LORD&nbsp;your God,&nbsp;who brought you up out of the land of Egypt.&nbsp;Open your mouth wide, and I will fill it.<\/em><\/li><li><em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/my.bible.com\/111\/rom.15.10\" class=\"verseLink\">Romans 15:10<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5>Reflection<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Feeling meh also feels empty. You aren&#8217;t happy or sad, just there. I know it&#8217;s a physical feeling and based on a need that&#8217;s not being met. That need isn&#8217;t from buying something or doing something, it&#8217;s always from connecting with God. When we&#8217;ve connected with him, we are blessed and full. Just like yesterday when we said we don&#8217;t have to <a href=\"http:\/\/roberts-lieb.com\/faithbites\/2022\/03\/06\/3-6-stop-pleading-its-already-been-decided\/\">plead for God<\/a> to be do things, we don&#8217;t have to plead with him to fill us up. We just need to ask<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As we close, though you may feel meh and be out of spoons, God is there for you and will fill you up. Ask him for the strength to seek out his comfort.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5>Prayer<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Lord Jesis, I&#8217;m feeling pretty meh today. Many of us are tired, exhausted and worn out. We aren&#8217;t feeling bad or good, just meh. Tonight w epray that you will fill our mouths, bellies, and spirit with your love, energy, and compassion.
