We’ve all felt guilt at one time or another. Maybe it was because he hurt someone, stole something, or made a bad decision that caused hurt indirectly. This is natural and through Christ we are forgiven from this when we ask for it and truly repent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then there is false guilt. It’s when we feel guilty for something we shouldn’t. Our brains know that we shouldn’t feel guilty but our hearts tell us to feel guilty. This false guilt is difficult because there isn’t a logical explanation for it. This is a case when we need to throw it to God and let him heal is. If we ask for forgiveness, he will give it to us. Even with Jesus’s forgiveness sometimes it’s hard for us to let it go. We need to trust that his grace is sufficient<\/a> and that our feeling of guilt means we care about those around us and shows we love them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
