1 Chronicles 16:11<\/a>. Leadership is hard, there is no way around that. There are many right and many wrong answers. As much as someone tries to make you believe, there is no perfect guide to being a leader. I did an Amazon search for “Leadership Books” and got over 60,000 results. If there was an easy way to do it, do you think we’d have this many books? <\/p>\n\n\n\nThe best advice is clearly in our verse: Seek the Lord and His Strength. Seek His presence continually. That’s it. We can’t do it on our own. He will tell us when we should take fault when we should let it go, and he makes sure we are in the position we should be in. It’s not easy, and heck, I’m struggling right now, but it’s the way to peace and comfort. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
As we close, remember you are not alone. You will make mistakes and can be forgiven. Through Christ, you will improve your leadership skills and know when things are in your wheelhouse and when you just need to turn it over to God. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Father God, we pray for your guidance in becoming better leaders. Let us lose the guilt from past mistakes. Help us to let go of things that aren’t our mistakes to begin with.
