As a kid, did you ever open up your lunch and there was a note from Mom or Dad saying how much they loved you or to have a great day? I know I did occasionally and it always made my day. My kids and my wife, have said they love when I leave them notes. In this world of constantly moving, doing, and going, we need to take time to tell people that they are loved, supported, needed, and cherished. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Lately, when someone at work sends an awesome email or does something great,t I send them a note saying how great that thing was or I appreciate them stepping in and helping me out. On social media, I will randomly send someone a note just telling them they are appreciated and loved. I hope it helps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
