We had a lot of complaining about things outside of our conteol and some within. I told her I dont want to be angry or hpset everytime we go to this place. I want to be happy, excited, and working for change.  The only way I can do that is change my attitue and start making the change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today&#8217;s Questions: How do you get out of the complaonibg rut and start makong changes? How do you know what you can change and what you need to <a href=\"http:\/\/roberts-lieb.com\/faithbites\/2021\/07\/24\/july-24-god-will-make-it-happen\/\">turn over to God<\/a>?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5>Scripture<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/my.bible.com\/111\/jas.5.9\" class=\"verseLink\">James 5:9<\/a> <\/strong>&#8211; Do not grumble against one another, brothers, so that you may not be judged; behold, the Judge is standing at the door.<\/em><\/li><li><em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/my.bible.com\/111\/eph.4.29\" class=\"verseLink\">Ephesians 4:29<\/a> <\/strong>&#8211; Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear.<\/em><\/li><li><em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/my.bible.com\/111\/1ti.2.8\" class=\"verseLink\">1 Timothy 2:8<\/a><\/strong> &#8211; I desire then that in every place the men should pray, lifting holy hands without anger or quarreling;<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5>Reflection<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>It&#8217;s super easy to spend the day comaining about things. The environment may change or it may not. I once had a boss who told me to stop complaining after I did it for a long time and it wouldnt change anything. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I&#8217;m not saying to not fight for change. We need to fight for justice, for change, and ascancement. We can do that without complaining.  There is also a time when we stop fighting, accept the situation, and be happy. In those cases we can stay in the environment or go somewhere else. While the grass isnt also greener on the other side, it is an option. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As we close, remember to use our words to advocate for change not for complaining or grumbling. God will make everything turn out in the end. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5>Prayer<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Lord Jesus, the time for complaining is over. It is time to change our attitude and work for change and be the change we want. We pray that you warm our hearts, give us peace, and advocate for us. We turn it over to you and choose happiness.
