I like to talk and share my opinion. The hardest thing can be to day nothing. I was in a situation where many people were sharing ideas that I disagreed with and was less than factual. I could have corrected them, I could have pulled out facts but that would have started an argument. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When we speak or don’t speak we need to think what the consequences of those actions would be. It’s easier to speak up especially if you think you are right. It takes composure and patience to say nothing. Most times, just scrolling past the comment or not sat anything is the best choice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
