My brain needs medications to function. I just ate a Milky Way for breakfast. My head is throbbing and I&#8217;m irritable. I contemplated going to work sick so I wouldn&#8217;t have to wait on my kids. Often, I misjudge people and want to force my opinion on them. I am weak. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My flesh is weak. I give into temptation often. I mess up daily. Sometimes, I want to give up. But I don&#8217;t, at least not for long. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While my family and friends give me support and love, the knowledge that Christ died for me and I will be taken care of helps. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5>Scripture<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><em>But he said to me,&nbsp;\u201cMy grace&nbsp;is sufficient for you, for my power&nbsp;is made perfect in weakness.\u201d&nbsp;Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ\u2019s power may rest on me.&nbsp;That is why, for Christ\u2019s sake, I delight&nbsp;in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships,&nbsp;in persecutions,&nbsp;in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong. &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/my.bible.com\/111\/2co.12.9-10\" class=\"verseLink\">2 Corinthians 12:9-10<\/a><\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h5>Reflection<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>I do not boast about my weaknesses. Instead I share to let everyone know you are not alone. We are far from perfect. If I was judged on my actions alone, heaven help me. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Christ loves us and heals our weaknesses. He is the healer of souls. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sure, I still am hard on myself and screw up often. Even today, I am struggling with letting people down by going not going to work. I am weak. I pray for Christ to heal all of us and give us his strength. There is no condemnation in being weak. It opens is up to His healing power and grace. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5>Challenge<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>What is bothering you today about your own weakness? Write it down. Sh as re it with Jesus. Ask him how his strength will change that weakness into light. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5>Prayer<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>Lord, I confess I am weak. Weak in mind, body, and spirit. I pray for all of us to be healed and made strong by your Grace and power. Help us to live as redeemed children. We know you make us strong, we just need to accept and believe.
