Those who know me, know I love to sing and dance. But I can’t carry a tune in a bucket and I dance to the music in my head, it just isn’t the same as what everyone else hears. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I’ve been asked to join the men’s choir at church a few times and said they don’t want me. Trust me, I stink at singing and dont want to ruin the sound. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then I thought and realized most people think joining or going to church is like joining a professional choir. You have to sing the right notes, dress on uniform, and perform perfectly every performance. Or in other terms, be sinless, perfect, believe everything fully, not question anything, and look the part. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here’s the kicker: We are all broken. We all sin and guess what, none of us have it together. What we do have is our identity as a Child of God. He gives it to us freely, no need to be a Grammy award winning singer to apply<\/p>\n\n\n\n
