Psalm 61:2<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\nReflection<\/h5>\n
Jesus is our rock and salvation. He is higher than we will ever be. Jesus can lift us up when our tears create rivers. He is gentle and humble. Jesus tells us to take his yoke as it is light. Not only will he heal us and give us strength, he makes our load easier.<\/p>\n
My faith is strong. Days like today, when I just want to be alone and just want quiet, if I didn’t have Him, I’m not sure what I would do.<\/p>\n
Just know that we all have heavy loads and all feel Burnout. There is nothing wrong with that. The Lord will heal us if we ask.<\/p>\n
Tonight, I will pray, listen to God, and take a little me time.<\/p>\n
Charge<\/h5>\n
Here’s a two parter for you. First, acknowledge your Burnout. It’s ok. It’s normal. It’s a sign that you are putting in your energy and time in something. The second part, is turn it over to Jesus. Ask for healing and to be reenergized.<\/p>\n
Prayer<\/h5>\n
Heavenly Lord, help all of us who are struggling with Burnout. It isn’t easy to acknowledge when we are weak and need rest. Show us the right way to reenergize without hurting those around us.
