I&#8217;ve been coughing, nauseous, dizzy, and achy. This isn&#8217;t fun. Not only that, but I was supposed to go to my sister&#8217;s ten year wedding anniversary. So yuck. But at least, the kids have been pretty good today.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m not only when I hate my body rebelling against what my mind wants to do. I know this will pass and I&#8217;ll be back up to speed in a day or two, even though right now it&#8217;s hard to see that. Some have lifelong ailments and others battle the occasional cold. As we see in both Proverbs verses, our body&#8217;s may be weak and frail, but our spirits as long as we have faith will be joyed. Keeping good faith and a strong heart is good medicine. This morning my youngest was trying to take care of me through cuddles, blankets, stuffed animals, and making me drink water. That makes my heart strong.<\/p>\n<p>When we have faith, we will not be weak in spirit. We will run in the Lord and fly on his wings.<\/p>\n<p>I hope all those battling sickness keep strong hearts and faith.<\/p>\n<h5>Charge<\/h5>\n<p>Are you feeling under the weather? While you treat your body, remember to treat your soul. Find ways to keep your spirit up through prayer, fellowship, and his word.<\/p>\n<h5>Prayer<\/h5>\n<p>Lord, help me heal my sickness. Let everyone who is dealing with illness find strength in you and your healing word. Give them the expert care they need. Remind us that we all have sicknesses and to look out for each other. You are our strength and give us Eagle&#8217;s wings to fly.
