Ok, Mr. Roger’s is just plain awesome. So sweet, kind, direct, and loving. The past couple of days, my youngest and I were watching Daniel Tiger’s Neighborhood. It’s a cartoon based on the fantasy world of Mr. Rogers. It has some of the songs, the characters, and all the feels. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The line “I’ll make a snappy new day” has been stuck with me. I’ve replaced it with happy, but both works. It’s a line that tells us that today is a new day. We can make it what we want. Our past is our past. Gone. But today, is a new day. It’s a gift from God to make it how ever we want. Why not give up the bad, and truly make it a snappy \/ happy new day?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
