Today’s lesson is on breathing. Not just breathing but BREATHING. Take a second to close your eyes. I mean actually do it. Then take a deep breath. In through your nose, out through your mouth. (Yes, I know you couldn’t have read that if you closed your eyes when I asked you too.) How do you feel?
\nI am learning that the single act of deep breaths can be hard. It allows us to focus, take a minute, and realize that God is talking to us. He is allowing g us to open our ears.
\nI get mad often. Many reasons why, but through breathing it helps. Many times that deep breathing leads to prayer. Not always but sometimes. It has stopped me from doing stupid things on some occasions.

“as long as my breath is in me,
\nand the spirit of God is in my nostrils,
\nmy lips will not speak falsehood,
\nand my tongue will not utter deceit.” – Job 37:3-4<\/a> (KJV)<\/p>\n

“Then he said to me, \u201cProphesy to the breath; prophesy, son of man, and say to it, \u2018This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Come, breath, from the four winds and breathe into these slain, that they may live.\u2019\u201d – Ezekiel 37:9<\/a><\/p>\n

\nBreathe shouldn’t be confused with voice. Too often our words come out when we breathe, when it should just be our breath. I love to talk, ALOT. I’ve been trying g to learn to use my breathe to channel HIS Breathe.<\/p>\n

Take a few minutes to breathe. Truly breathe. Listen to the rain. Listen to the birds.<\/p>\n

Are you ready to breathe? Truly and deeply? Are you ready to be amazed and the reduction in stress and ability to hear?
