#faithbites #faithjourney t.e.a.m.
I was recently told that I’ve been focusing in the negative and being passive aggressive. My apologies for that. It has been rough an I’ve been so focused on being open that I haven’t been myself.
This leads to today’s topic, t.e.a.m. I am nothing without the people around me. Those who support me, those who love me, and those who call me out when I’m not walking the walk.
We all need guideposts to help us live our best live. God puts those people in our lives. We just need to recognize those people as friends and partners. It’s easy to see them trying to pull us off course or being vindictive, when in fact they are speaking life into us.
We are all in this world together. When we listen to ou t.e.a.m, we all do better.
We aren’t meant to live alone. We need others to support us so we can keep going. God knew this from the beginning, making Eve a partner for Adam. Even Jesus was surrounded by hi disciples.
The word of God provides the instructions for life. Our team provides us guidance in daily living.
Be thankful for those around you. Reach out those who an speak life into you. It may not be what you any, hut itnis what you need.
Look for the members of your team. Ask God for help. Then, and this the hardest part, listen to them.
Lord, thank you for being on my team. Thank you for giving us all friends, families, and colleagues, who love us, care for us, and help us. Please give us understanding to accept feedback from our team. Help us to recruit more people on your team. We love you and know that sometimes it feels easier to go on our, but as they say, teamwork makes the dream work. In your name, Amen.
